IFamily for Mac is a genealogy program for people who think differently. Whereas other genealogy software tends to emphasize the family unit, this software’s focus is on each individual person. Mac Cosmetics Review

I am switching over from the 'dark side' to my first iMac, and need some advice re: genealogy software. On my PC I have an old version of Family Tree for Windows. From my limited research on the web, I have come across 3 programs for the mac. These are the latest versions of Reunion, MacFamilyTree, and iFamily. Again from my limited resaerch, it looks like Reunion, while very popular, the seems a bit 'old', iFamily is a bit 'off-beat', while MacFamilyTree seems in tune with the rest of the Mac approach. These are just my cursory observations gleaned from what the respective websites convey.
What would you recommend I get? Any personal experience with any of these?
Thanks,
Kevin
